Bonothyrk (Khavinson Complex A-21; parathyroid polypeptide bioregulator, no defined dominant sequence)
Khavinson family bioregulator developed at the Saint Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. Polypeptide complex (A-21) extracted from young calf parathyroid tissue, marketed for parathyroid function and calcium homeostasis support; primarily distributed as oral capsule (Khavinson Peptides). Most efficacy data is from one Russian lab; independent Western replication is essentially absent. Sequence assignment is unconfirmed. Vendor product material describes Bonothyrk as a polypeptide complex with mixed amino acids (Glu, Asp, Ala, Leu, Val, Ile, Pro, Ser); the 'AEDP' sequence label sometimes attached to it appears to be an attribution conflict with Cardiogen.

Mechanism
Polypeptide complex extracted from parathyroid tissue, claimed to selectively act on parathyroid cells to normalize metabolism and improve functional activity. Per the Khavinson 'short-peptide bioregulator' hypothesis, the active fractions are presumed to bind DNA promoter regions in parathyroid cells. Mechanism is contested in mainstream pharmacology. Observational use reported improvement in calcium metabolism markers and bone density measures. Used clinically in Russia for: osteoporosis adjunct, deossification, urolithiasis, muscle weakness, parathyroid hyperplasia, and hypocalcemia-induced numbness/spasms.

Cardiogen Caution
Some sources cite both Bonothyrk and Cardiogen as 'AEDP': sequence ambiguity. If they ARE the same peptide, stacking is biochemically redundant; current best evidence is Bonothyrk = polypeptide complex (no defined dominant sequence) and Cardiogen = AEDR.
