Mechanism

Upregulates growth hormone receptor expression in fibroblasts, promotes angiogenesis via VEGF pathways, enhances nitric oxide signaling, suppresses pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alpha, IL-6), stimulates fibroblast migration and collagen deposition. First published human IV safety data shows tolerability. Interacts with dopaminergic, serotonergic, and opioid systems.

Interactions

  • TB-500 Synergy

    Complementary healing mechanisms: BPC-157 drives local repair via angiogenesis, TB-500 drives systemic repair via stem cell mobilization.

  • NSAIDs Synergy

    BPC-157 is gastroprotective and may counteract NSAID-induced GI damage.

Reconstitution and storage

Typical: 2mL BAC water per 5mg vial = 250mcg per 10 units on insulin syringe. Drip water slowly down side of vial. Do not shake.
