Mechanism
Selective GHS-R1a agonist on pituitary somatotrophs. Stimulates GH release and suppresses somatostatin. Unlike GHRP-2/GHRP-6, does not significantly raise cortisol, prolactin, or appetite; selectivity maintained even at 200x the GH-releasing ED50.
Dosing
No standardized human dosing has been established. Every catalogued study for Ipamorelin is preclinical or a literature review. Amounts used in animal models do not translate directly to humans.

Ipamorelin, the first selective growth hormone secretagogue
Ipamorelin selectively releases GH without elevating ACTH or cortisol, even at 200x the GH-releasing ED50.

-
CJC-1295 (no DAC) Synergy
The gold standard GH stack. GHRH + GHRP synergy produces 3-10x greater GH pulse than either alone.
